Phill & Carmen would like to welcome you to Guisachan Guesthouse, our Fort William bed and breakfast accommodation which is close to the centre of the town. Our guesthouse is in an elevated position set back from the main road leading through Fort William, with views over Loch Linnhe and the surrounding mountains. The guest house is close to the High Street shops and Tourist Information Centre, the railway station, bus stops, the end of the West Highland Way, the start of the Great Glen Way and East Highland Way.

Guisachan House (pronounced “GOOSH-a-gan” meaning “place of the fir” in Scottish Gaelic) is a family run guesthouse with seventeen guest rooms.  Families are welcome with two rooms able to accommodate either three or four guests.  All but one of our rooms are ensuite, some with views over Loch Linnhe. Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and public areas connected to our super-fast fibre optic broadband.

Feel free to relax in our large guest lounge where you will find ample seating, large screen TV, and sample one of our 30+ single malts from our bar. Perhaps you would prefer a glass of wine or beer, or even one of our expertly made coffees!  We have a large outdoor seating area with a roof allowing you to take advantage of the views whilst staying dry!

We offer a laundry service for those who need to refresh their clothing, free drying facilities for boots and walking gear for the rare occasion when it rains in Fort William.  For those with their own transport we have a large free car park with ample parking.

Our buffet breakfast is available from 7.30am until 9.00am serving a full hot Scottish breakfast and substantial continental breakfast. We have sausages, bacon, haggis, black pudding, tattie scones, tomatoes and mushrooms.  Or perhaps you would prefer cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, breads and croissants. We have a selection of cereals, fruit salad, juice, yogurt, toast, a variety of teas and freshly brewed cafeteria coffee. You will not go hungry! Vegetarian and other specific food requirements are catered for by prior arrangement.  For those leaving early we offer a packed breakfast bag with take-away hot drink.
